• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local payroll and regulations, including the preparation and submission of payroll filings and reports, and staying updated on regulatory changes.
• Communicate payroll policies, procedures, and deadlines to employees, addressing inquiries and providing guidance to managers and employees on payroll matters.
• Assist in internal and external audits related to payroll and compensation, preparing documentation, and ensuring accuracy and integrity of payroll records and data.
