• Main Duties:• Conducting employees’ termination procedures (resignation approval, exit interviews, issuing experience certificates, clearance process, calculating end-of-service benefits, etc.)• Preparing employees’ financial benefits (End of service, resignation, termination, etc.)• Performing HR operations and tasks (employees’ letters, investigations, warning letters, etc.)• Compiling, calculating and entering data to maintain and update payroll info (for 170+ employees)• Dealing with governmental platforms and websites (GOSI, QIWA & HRDF)• Developing a specific attendance/leave management policy, and updating the company's leave policy• Using Oracle ERP to prepare daily reports and document employees’ attendance data• Organizing and maintaining employees' files and documents in the archive by Oracle• Submitting accurate employees’ info into Oracle, and ensuring data integrity and security• Assisting employees with requests for employment letters and certificates
