She was in particular honored and recognized by various establishments in Egypt such as the FGF (Future Generation Foundation), the Rotary Club, Cairo University, Assiut University and American University for her role in Education and Youth development. With her passion in making difference in people through training and development, believing that it can change the surroundings and the world, and coming from one of the toughest industries, the hospitality industry, she developed a vast practical field experience in challenging environments in the Middle East (Egypt, the Gulf Countries, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Iraq), Asia and Africa in the training and human development consulting fields.
