• Construction Manager for projects located on the Walter Reed National Military Medical Center Campus (WRNMMC), in Bethesda Maryland. The intent of this project is to repair and renew two building (Building 43 &Building 47)/ the Armed Forced Radiobiology Institute (AFRRI) research and development in accordance with current codes and standards, and inadequate to support vivarium best practices. Project Manager for two projects located at WRAIR. First project for renovation of Bldg. 501. The project includes the renovation and minor construction to the existing facility to produce a state-of-art Vaccine Production Facility. The existing building consisted of 21,075 square foot with two previous additions added for a total of 21,747 square foot. • The second project includes a major renovation of the existing 67,518 square foot two-story building to bring it in accordance with current building codes and standards, and adequate to support vivarium best practices. Also included is a 5,300 square foot standalone two-story addition to house specialty equipment mainly shock tube labs
