Key Account Manager Manage and grow the relationship with the assigned operators:- Work on achieving objectives and targets set for each operator and handle their complaints and inquiries- Work pro-actively with each operator to suggest new services and revenues opportunities- Monitor the performance of each operator and content providers- Identify any significant trends that need attention Communicate directly with content providers and third parties and deliver their products, Multimedia content as SMS MMS and Ring back tone services. Maintain existing services, monitor traffic, keep organized records of all deployed services, prices, short codes, service types, and operator details Conduct market research about operators, product and services prices, competitors, promotional and advertising methods, and local market demographics Track the monthly invoices and payments collection with the operators and content providers, maintain history and details of all sales and business contracts.  Negotiate final terms and conditions of contracts and close deals Prepare requests for any graphics work, editorial work or multimedia content work Integrates directly into each project team, work with project managers to prepare detailed brief and kick off materials Communicate with other account managers to identify market development. Prepare proposal materials in support of any opportunity Identify marketing campaigns, manage preparation of the materials, identify appropriate channels and manage relationships with the advertisers and agencies

 Prepare or coordinate preparation of new products/ service layout and description Evaluate developed products and services based on factors such as market appealing, serviceability, cost… Prepare monthly, quarterly and statistical reports on products and services Create and develop internal and external awareness for new products and services Conduct and organize employee’s training and educational material

 Prepare and execute test plans and test cases Design, communicate and assure processes along with their roles, activities and which are relevant to Quality Assurance Department Maintain proper Quality Assurance documentation for each developed service Give relevant quality training to team members Follow–up on implementation of recommendations & Audits Handle all Quality Assurance & Processes requirements in terms of coordination work Continuously provide suggestions, ideas and recommendations for improving quality activities and development process
