 Identification of steel repairs as per the owner’s specification Preparation of Proposal Drawings, Marking/Location Sketches Preparing cutting plan for plate consumption with minimum wastage. Identification of materials from Ship drawings, preparation of bill of materials & procuring indigenous items. Supervising of Structural Steel in Work shop as per the fabrication sketches. Arranging the Materials, Equipments & Tools for fabricators & welders. Co-ordination with Design, Production & Project works.  Preparation of detail Fabrication Drawings, with marking / cutting production details. Dealing with class surveyors like ABS, BV, GL, NKK, DNV for final drawing approval.  Follow up the work progress & schedule the programmes as per vessels docking plans. Preparation of work completion records with updated as fitted materials  Preparation of Invoices and other Quality control documents.
