I am a Licensed Professional Teacher with 2 years of teaching, but with a significantly longer experience in the fields of Project Management and Customer Service for a total of 9 years.I worked in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry for 5 years, offering my services for Mavenlink — an American project management software— where I have received an award for my remarkable client experiences as a Level 1 Technical Support Agent up to being a Team Lead. In my role as a Level 1 & 2 Support agent, I mainly assisted customers with queries, requests, and issue resolution via chat and email. As a Level 3 Support agent and then a Team Lead, I had to resolve escalated cases via email and attended meetings with VIP clients for any software assistance they needed.As for Project Management, I am just months away from my 5th year of managing different projects for local and international clients now.
