About Abe Greenspoon

Abe is a proven leader in Canada's public service. He is currently leading the Communications, Connections and, Research Team of the Enterprise Change and Learning Academy at Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). Prior to joining IRCC, Abe designed, built, and implemented the Canada’s Free Agents program, an innovative new workforce model that promotes autonomy and mobility for public servants. Abe has worked in various roles in the public service over the past 10 years and has held numerous leadership positions in public sector communities. Abe holds a Master of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Western Ontario. Abe works best in environments where there is empathy, curiosity, humility, and compassion.
