Conducted a review of productivity standards for release of information, data entry/call center, and medical record analysis. Key Tasks: I was able to identify the key areas where improvement was needed. This included a redesign of daily productivity spreadsheets that team members filled out daily. Making them more user-friendly, as well as implementing features to automate data extraction, helped improve the way data was collected and used. This allowed management to get better insight into how team members were performing.In addition to this, data was collected to begin the process of developing a new productivity standard for paper chart requests processing. Key Methods: - Conducted interviews with team members and management- Improved spreadsheet using Microsoft Excel- Participated in team meetings and management meetings - Conducted data analysis using existing data and new data that was collected from the new spreadsheets- Creation of a data dashboard to help management visualize and understand the data being presented Overall Results: - Release of Information: 19% increase in productivity from January to February, sustained through March- Data Entry: 54% increase in productivity from January to February, sustained through March- Implementation of automated data extraction allow a time savings of 3 to 4 hours per week for management. - Development of an action plan for the creation of a new productivity standard for paper chart requests processing.

DTX 2017 (Detroit Technology Exchange) is a 10 week intensive start-up program that focuses on the customer discovery process. Our start up, Prep2U, delivers a personalized way for college graduates to learn power skills through an app that will connect them to coaches. We learned a lot through our customer discovery process. We started out with a our aim set to virtual reality, but through our customer interviews we found that colleges graduates wanted a more personalized approach. By the end of the 10 weeks, we had made valuable connections and were able to set up a curriculum that will effectively teach power skills. We used this curriculum to set up a workshop working with about 30 interns.

Professor Recycle is a non-profit organization designed to help schools and organizations raise money by collecting e-waste products for recycling. We worked personally with each organization to help them raise the most out of their fundraising campaign.
