School Based: worked with 14 students per day, worked with students with various diagnoses, focused on fine motor skills and activities of daily living. Observed individualized education plan meetings focusing on goal progress, updated student progress, collaborated with therapist and interdisciplinary team. Created own 3 activity craft focused on fine motor skills, such as bilateral integration, hand, eye, coordination, sequencing of steps, visual perception.

Hand Clinic: worked with 35 patients per day, performed treatments for patients with various hand diagnoses, followed plan of care created by therapist. Worked on patient's hand strength, performed paraffin hand wax, applied hot packs, used stimulation for muscle reeducation and focused on pain management. Performed assessments at the beginning and of the session, used pinchometer, volumetric meter, monofilament test, updated documentation after each session.

- Psychosocial: viewed interviews, cognitive testing and interventions conducted by occupational therapists for patients with cognitive deficit.- Provided suggestions for improvement in the work done by the therapists.

- Physical Deficits: studied a video of patients with biomechanical deficits such cerebral palsy and stroke recovery.- Identified diagnoses for each patient and completed individual treatment plans.

- Ensured excellent customer service for all visitors by resolving any issues, providing rain checks and answering questions.- Supervised a team of cashiers, handled employee scheduling, maintained an effective operation of the the checkstands and managed cash.- Promoted several times and worked in many different departments during employment with the company.
