Consultancy Corporation as QS Manager from 18 May 2015 to 02 September 2016 and RLB Philippines Inc.(formerly Rider Hunt Liacor, Inc.) from 10 January 2010 to 30 April 2015 as Senior Quantity Surveyor assigned at Solaire Resort and Casino Phase 1A Project and under the Quantity Surveying Department directly reporting to the Quantity Surveying Manager and Quantity Surveying Director. Responsible in preparing budget estimates and cash flow projections for the project. Part of the job description involves quantity take-off, costing and estimate on various stages of the project from Square Cost Estimate, Schematic Estimate, Conceptual Estimate, Design Development Estimate, Definitive Office Estimate, Detailed Bill of Quantities and Value Engineering. Advise, coordinate and assist the Project Manager or Construction Manager from bid documentation, bidding, bid packages, bid conferences, project meetings, bid submission and evaluation, recommendation, negotiation and award.
