Achieved over 90% on customer satisfaction for AskHR cases and 99% on timeliness and accuracy for hiring in Latin America region for fiscal year 2016. Provided on going reporting and analytics data to HR leadership about AskHR case management focused in three main areas: Enterprise Services and CSC spin off merger, HPE software and MicroFocus spin off merger, and HPE’s Focal Point Review (FPR). Deployed SalesForce as the new case management tool for AskHR. Partnered with the local HR team to present the Guadalajara operations to the HPE’s HR Executive President and HR Senior VP.

Performed as HR Global Services Americas region Subject Matter Expert, managed Americas Contact HR escalations to resolution, delivered HR leadership with Contact HR Performance analysis for Americas at a Region or Country level, generated Ecase & Chat Daily Audit/Monthly information for AMS Region, acted as a single point of contact to provide support, training and guidance for new programs, cyclical programs and Contact HR initiatives. Supported and managed the Workday implementation as the new HR tool at America’s level.

Ensured and monitored all the process metrics to be on target: Turnaround Time, Accuracy, Average Waiting Time, C-Sat. Provided satisfactory support to all Contact HR agents or HP Employees for inquiries, issues or escalations related to e-Cases and Chats. Acted as the Focal Point Review Center Lead for Americas to train, support, and escalate matters related to this yearly employee review program at HP. Achieved to complete with time constraints the recruitment and hiring process of a new HR team for our center to successfully transition the Latin America HR operations from the Costa Rica center to Guadalajara in 2014.
