Develop distributors into effective and efficient delivery partners that produce profitable market share growth and customer satisfaction for the Commercial and Industrial Power Generation business. Provide selling coaching and developmental support for distributor personnel that continually increases their level of knowledge and expertise in the eyes of the customer. Assist distributor personnel to maintain key accounts and develop new customers. Act as factory/distributor liaison to resolve day-to-day issues that result in rapid problem solving, improved distributor effectiveness, and leads to increased customer satisfaction. Actively participate with the distributors’ functional excellence leaders to ensure the linkage of the Power Generation business initiatives with those of the dealer annual plan. Lead the semester review process with distributor management, evaluate progress on the Balanced Scorecard, and develop a quarterly action plan that improves the distributors’ sales and Commercial Power Generation business growth. Lead dealer effort to increase sales with focus in specific vertical segments based on country and market requirement as well as corporate strategies.
