BLM is a family owned business, so I took advantage of my vast experience to develop, document, assess and standardize basic organizational processes such as payroll, costing, accounting, human resources (attract, retain and end to end employee life cycle) pricing, vendor relations and day to day operational processes of the store.

SoyKash is a digital marketing startup. This was definitely a full different path of my career, my main focus there was to develop and strength the relationship with current customer as well as attract new ones, specially in US territories.

Responsible for the leadership and coordination of the operations of human resources processes for Central America, and the Caribbean; being these: payroll, benefits, wellness, budget of expenses and investment of the department and international assignments or expatriates employees. Project leadership related to payroll, benefits and international assignments. Direct reports: 5 Coordinators and Specialists.Main achievements:-I led and coordinated the migration of all the payroll of the Central America affiliates to the northern payroll hub based in Mexico.-I standardized the entire benefits module for affiliates in Central America.-I led and coordinated the implementation and adjustments of the expatriate employee payroll for affiliates in Central America, the Dominican Republic and the Caribbean Islands.-I designed and proposed to the management team the compensation packages for the separation of workers, as a result of the closure of the Central America plant based in Costa Rica.

Coordinator and leader of human resources services and processes for the Dominican Republic and the Caribbean islands, including the internal administration of payroll of local and foreign employees, budgets and planning of expenses of the entire department, benefits and international assignments for affiliates of Dominican Republic, Aruba, Curaçao, Trinidad and Jamaica. Direct reports: 4 Specialists.Main achievements:-I led and coordinated projects related to payroll outsourcing for Caribbean affiliates.-I led and coordinated the migration project and adjustments of the affiliate payroll system of the Dominican Republic.-Led the opening project of two legal entities, Jamaica and Trinidad, and the closing of Jamaica.

Leader, coordinator and supervisor of payroll processes, international assignments and budget for the affiliates of the Dominican Republic and Caribbean islands. Direct reports: 3 Specialists.Main achievements:-Led and coordinated corporate audit of payroll, benefits and international assignments processes for the Dominican Republic.-I designed and implemented templates for the preparation, monitoring and presentation of the departmental budget of the affiliates of the Dominican Republic and the Caribbean Islands.

Coordinator and in charge of budget, investment management of fixed assets and capital for affiliates in the Dominican Republic, Aruba and Curaçao, and other Caribbean islands. On the other hand, responsible for reporting and explaining the monthly, quarterly and annual financial results, not only to the local management, but also to the headquarters of Latin America and Canada of the Dominican Republic market. Also data analysis and financial planning of sales.Main achievement:-I streamlined the functions of the roles so well that I was able to take on two positions under my management.
