Hand selected to coordinate and manage strategic level operations for an organization of over 4000 personnel in an austere and remote environment coordinating operations with the host nation, foreign partners and non-government agencies while developing the host nation’s ability to conduct individual operations. • Efficiently oversaw the daily operations of the Regiment in order to ensure the organization’s mission timelines were met and goals were accomplished. • Coordinated the distribution of logistics and supplies over a 6000 square mile area in order to ensure operational tempo and success. • Managed trouble shooting teams responsible for providing solutions across all operational areas, able to rapidly move to solution within a condensed timeline.

Hand selected to train and lead a combined force of over 300 personnel consisting of Marines, Sailors, Special Forces and civilian personnel in order to execute the recovery and retrograde of over 40 million dollars of equipment to ensure that the Marine Corps conducted a responsible drawdown at the end of combat operations spanning an area of over 2500 square miles.
