• A member of the Leadership Team responsible for mobilizing the Financial Services industry to engage with the World Economic Forum, a Swiss international organization for public-private cooperation through 19 distinct issue platforms by co-shaping the agenda, facilitating open dialogues, and driving action-oriented impact initiatives• Developing and deepening the WEF’s relationship with a portfolio of 50 largest banks, insurance companies, asset managers, rating agencies, stock exchanges, financial data analytics and infrastructure companies across North America and Europe by shaping bespoke value propositions, advising/executing product offerings and leveraging upsell/cross-sell opportunities• Working closely with CEOs and other senior-most executives in industry strategy, innovation, policy and government affairs, marking/communications, HR and finance functions to understand trends of industry transformation, strategic priorities, concerned issue areas, and engaging them in relevant events and initiatives• Coaching and growing a team of skilled partner engagement managers across the WEF’s New York and Geneva offices

• Responsible for a portfolio of 30 large multinational clients with significant strategy, business development, and agenda-setting functions, grew the portfolio four times over ten years• Assessed portfolio in terms of sub-sectoral and geographic gaps to devise and execute portfolio strategies• Built and managed an effective team of up to ten people to cultivate the WEF’s relationship with top leaders from the global insurance and asset management industry, policymakers/regulators, and economists• Shaped the Insurance Industry Community’s intellectual agenda including the Financial Services Governors (CEOs) program in Davos, industry strategy meetings, Summer Davos in China, issue mapping, and industry transformation reflections• Championed three multi-stakeholder projects on 1) Adaptation to Natural Disasters; 2) Creating Future Social Protection Systems; and 3) Mitigating Risks in the Innovation Economy, supervising project managers and providing thought leadership to public and private debates • Created and steered two Global Agenda Councils on 1) Insurance Asset Management and 2) Sustainable Social Security Systems, which consisted of 15 thought leaders each drawn from the private sector, government, academia and international organisations• Completed successfully a three-year Fellowship in Global Leadership through academic trainings and active leadership coaching at INSEAD, London Business School, Columbia University, and the Wharton School.
