• Built and managed an effective team of up to ten people to cultivate the WEF’s relationship with top leaders from the global insurance and asset management industry, policymakers/regulators, and economists
• Shaped the Insurance Industry Community’s intellectual agenda including the Financial Services Governors (CEOs) program in Davos, industry strategy meetings, Summer Davos in China, issue mapping, and industry.
• Championed three multi-stakeholder projects on 1) Adaptation to Natural Disasters; 2) Creating Future Social Protection Systems; and 3) Mitigating Risks in the Innovation Economy, supervising project managers and.
• Created and steered two Global Agenda Councils on 1) Insurance Asset Management and 2) Sustainable Social Security Systems, which consisted of 15 thought leaders each drawn from the private sector, government, academia.
