I lead the Mourant Ozannes dispute resolution practice in Guernsey. My work covers all areas of private wealth and commercial disputes, with a focus on financial institutions, investment funds and trusts. I specialise in insolvency matters, and have extensive experience acting for creditors, directors, shareholders and insolvency practitioners on all aspects of contentious insolvency and asset recovery.
