Current- Helping customers resolve issues in regards to billing, trade in promos, Questions, account changes, cellular signal and making sure all question are answered and issues answered
- Making sure every issue is resolved and preventing customer callbacks within 7 days.
- Selling AT&T products: phones, new lines, upgrades, tablets, watches and making sure to hit monthly quota as well as keeping 72% no callback for 7 days.
- Trouble shooting for customers with network issues
- Making escalations for issues and following up with team management.
- Making sure to be able to place orders while on a call multitasking between 2 screens while processing orders.
