I am a working professional with 12 years of experience in various domains like Hospitality, Financial Investments, Internal Audits and Reinsurance. My career began as a business development executive in a privately owned Spa consultancy company Spa Streams where I prepared mail communications, liaised with front office managers in terms of requirements of staffing and consultancy services.After which I wanted to branch out and carve a career more relevant in investing so I joined Thomson Reuters as a Subject Market Expert in Equity which was backed support for market intelligence tools.The next step was to move to a more consultative role for which I joined Risk Advisory services (Internal Audits) in Ernst Young LLp where I conducted various reviews in departments across the 1.5 year period.This experience served as a backdrop for me to foray into Swiss Re where I am currently handling a dual role of Project management in terms of process excellence as well as Data specialist role bordering into Data science. This rare combination has helped me be part of the biggest projects in the organisation.Technically proficient in tools like SQL, Microsoft excel (VBA macros), Tableau, R , Pyspark, Microsoft Office tools and Power Bi. I have also completed my a PROSCI certification in Change Management.Recently I completed my certification from ENSA on Mental health which qualifies me to be a Mental Health first aider.
