 Performed Accounts Payable duties such as entering vendor’s invoices, matching PO, and making sure that invoices are posted to the correct date and ledger in accordance to matching principle. Performed Accounts Receivable duties such as collecting payment for past due invoices, posting and applying cheques, cash or visa payment to the correct invoice. Performed Payroll duties for technicians by entering their hours to the correct jobs and work orders. Also, collecting receipts for reimbursement if applicable. Performed Invoicing roles such as correcting customer billing address, price, or description, issuing credits for customers, and investigating for a missing PO if customers requires PO on their invoices. Performed duties such as: filing, data entry, photocopying, organizing, and preparing documents, sorting mails and emailing, mailing or uploading invoices. Performed other accounting and administration support as required by management.
