Plan, organize, lead and direct technical work and departmental efforts related to product, process, tooling, and materials related to product design and development activities. Lead the selection, requirements, specification, initiation, and implementation of projects relating to new product application.

Coordinate a multi-disciplinary team for the design, development and launch of RAM 2013 & 2014; liaising with manufacturing, product development, prototypes, testing and operations in order to provide focused design solutions to ensure the successful launch of the platform.Provide innovative and efficient design through computer assisted programs for chassis frame for light trucks vehicles according to Metalsa´s manufacturing capabilities and assure customer engineering and technical requirements. Work with process analysis and quality engineers to ensure product manufacturability and profitability. Provide product information to internal strategic areas as: bill of materials, technical specifications and timings. Work as liaison between Metalsa and Chrysler for the manufacturing of chassis frame prototypes for functional development vehicles, development for for the new RAM pickup truck. Work as liaison between Metalsa and Chrysler on full frame fatigue testing (FFFT) for the new RAM pickup truck. Research new technologies applicable to Metalsa´s manufacturing capabilities and chassis performance.Onsite on Chrysler Tech Center (CTC) since August 2011.

Responsible of the planning, development and design of modular chassis concept for VolvoNorth America, using innovative concepts for the heavy truck industry. Achieve a 50 Kgs of weight reduction on frame and improve the driving performance of the VNL truck.

Support the establishment of Metalsa´s Tech Center in Pune, India by planning thecenter´s capabilities (software, hardware, manpower) as well as interviewing candidates for it.Onsite support for the Engineering Research Centre of TATA Motors India, coordinating design activities liaising the Manufacturing department of Metalsa with Engineering department of TATA Motors; this activity helped Metalsa win 100% of the production of the World Truck Platform of TATA Motors.
