- I am on charge of increasing the market share in the region, which includes Mexico, Central America and Caribbean in my Business Development Manager rol- I am in charge of technical support in the region, including nGenious ONE platform, monitoring system used to visualize the network performance, based in KPI’s of different protocols and interfaces

In charge of Business Development in Mexico, with several aplications, SW and HW to improve QoS and QoE of the different platforms in both wireless and fixed lines. All the available technologies, GSM, UMTS, LTE, IMS, etc

I have been working in developing the Latin American market with great succes. With 22 years experience in this market, and deep knowledge of protocol analyzers and the related technologies, I have been supporting the all region, and increasing profitability on it.

- I was on charge of pre-sales, support and training for Mexico, Central America, South America and Caribbean, leading projects looking for customer satisfaction and sales increasing, with direct contact with customers- I was on charge of all the most complex devices designed for Tektronix, including protocol analyzers for KPI’s analysis and logic analyzers for such a customers like Intel, including several buses analysis- I did consultancy and dedicated RF studies like interference hunting, QoS measurements VSWR, DTF measurements, etc. for GSM, CDMA and UMTS service providers getting very good sales and long term relationship - I developed solutions oriented to several applications, using High End oscilloscopes, logic analyzers and spectrum analyzers, including automation and signal integrity analysis - I lead the support for several projects as the one for Intel (support from different locations around the world), which implies provide to them the best resources in the best possible time. - I coordinate the support of Network Optimization tools that consists in several elements, that includes servers, probes and SW, in order to improve de Quality of Services for Mobile Networks end customers, leading a group of experts in order to provide the best possible solutions. - I got qualifications “Exceed Expectations” y “Meet Expectations” in all years that I worked with Tektronix; that means I meet or exceed goals defined in the beginning of each fiscal year. This evaluation is made by manager and workmates. - Nominated to Masters prize for the Application Engineer with the best results in the year all over Americas (North, Central and South America) - I provide technology seminars and trainings in several Companies and Universities in Latin America I was on charge of all the Rohde & Schwarz and Advantest devices, including Mobile, testers, Spectrum analyzers, Network Analyzers, etc.
