CurrentProject Managing the implementation of Student CRM into Universities and Higher Education Institutes.Since starting in this position, I have successfully implemented our CRM in five UK universities and am currently working on three more implementations.In this role I have liaised with the universities on their current processes in fact finding sessions, written user stories based on these findings and turned these into requirements docs for the new CRM. I've scheduled the work with the Development Team, created GitHub tickets, monitored progress and problem solved as necessary. I've held regular update meetings with the clients at all levels. Some of the universities have needed to integrate their existing Tribal student record systems with our CRM and I have been heavily involved with that process. I have also helped some of our clients connect with Amazon Redshift to give them more insight into the data collected.
