Responsible for the development and execution of FMI’s education programs.

Responsible for the development and implementation of APhA education programs. Identify new education program opportunities, create innovative program proposals and assist in obtaining the grant funding to support new educational initiatives. Serve as the association’s ACPE administrator. Manage a team of seven staff.

Built and directed marketing unit responsible for all marketing campaigns; materials production and distribution; and analysis and reporting for a multimedia and training development company focused on the pharmacy and grocery industries. Developed and managed pharmacy continuing education program including application for accreditation, creation of policies and procedures, and interaction with authors, supporters, target audiences, and pharmacist reviewers to conduct needs assessment, write objectives, and develop programs.

In one year planned and implemented entire systems to recruit distance learning students and provide seamless electronic access to the services of the university.

Administered continuing medical education program for large state professional association.
