CurrentResolve daily problems as they present themselves and able to operate the extruder independentlyResponsible for producing a quality product at an efficient rate in keeping with company goalsEnsure employees are following the work instructions Responsible for safety as it pertains to daily tasksPlay an active role in the training of new extruder personnel by following the the training program of the companyMaintain production records and ensure extruder personnel are completing records accuratelyPerform daily inspections of finished productsRecommend measures in order to improve production processes and personnel safetyComplete shift production reports Review production schedules, work orders, and other reports to determine production requirementsWork closely with Maintenance department to ensure the equipment maintenance is schedule at the most opportune time
