Responsible for the Mercer San Antonio office daily operations. Manage an average monthly revenue of $250,000 and over 150 truck loads. Greensoro/Durham Operations

Reported to the Director of Operations and had complete responsibility for the two branch locations that supported cash logistic services to Eastern and Central North Carolina, as well as portions of Virginia. Lead armored operations in Central and Eastern North Carolina. Managed a daily liability of $5,000,000, along with 16 routes and 50+ employees to serve approximately 500 customers each day in an area of 25,000 square miles.  Duties include: P&Ls, hiring and employee performance management, payroll and scheduling, licensure and safety, compliance with DOT and OSHA regulations, logistics and efficient routing, exceptional customer service. Within one month of being awarded Durham location, the branch realized an increase in EBITDA of 276%, followed by an increase of 380% in the second month. Served as Site Manager for the Bank of America Cash Vault Conversion to Garda World, Raleigh location. Responsible for personnel security and reporting completion of task. Presented key performance information at district-wide meetings to peers and Director of Operations.

Greensboro, Nc

Served as the Garda Representative before the NC State Board and had complete responsibility for the compliance of every Garda employee working in the State of North Carolina. Responsible for all three NC branches and 95+ employees. Ensured each employee’s completion of Unarmed and Armed Training, background checks, and payment to the State. Signed, submitted, and issued Gun Licenses to employees, and enforced a timely renewal as needed. Instituted Unarmed PPS Training as needed.

Southeast United States

Responsible for training new employees as well as current personnel to include New Hire Operations, Heat Illness, Ergonomics, Sexual Harassment, Fork Lift, Safe Driver Training, and DOT and OSHA Compliance.  Perfected both time and classroom management skills to guarantee that all information was presented thoroughly. Ensured successful employee training through presentation followed by discussion and testing. Received requests directly from Branch Managers and the Regional Training Manager, then scheduled training sessions in the most cost-effective manner. Reported results to Regional Training Manager. Traveled to branch locations to perform training primarily within the Southeast Region, but also Northeast as needed.
