I am responsible for the planning, review of construction processes, quality control, and budget administration of the projects assigned to me, as well as keeping the client up to date on the progress we are making. Some significant projects are the following:• VERDALBA: Multifamily residential project with 105 apartments and 18 floors with some amenities on the first floor and with underground parking. This project had a budget of 25 million dollars, which were allocated to more than 15 contractors.• CLARIOS ESCOBEDO EXPANSION: Industrial warehouse expansion where it was necessary to keep the plant in production while simultaneously carrying out the expansion, the work had to be coordinated with each of the area managers to avoid affecting their production line and ensure the plant remained operational.• BMW EXPANSION PLANT (March 2024 to date)Expansion of a 2.5-acre operational industrial warehouse considering a conveyor on the top of the roof. Participation in planning utilized the LEAN methodology employing the TAKT time method. The main function is to plan, manage, and successfully control project quality.

CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT (JULY 2016 TO OCTOBER 2022) • LC INFRAESTRUCTURAI was in charge of planning, managing, and executing various types of projects, especially industrial warehouses, industrial park urbanization and subdivision, road construction, and water and drainage infrastructure. Having a higher profitability than estimated, as well as time reduction in projects.Some significant projects are the following:• RINCON DE LA SIERRA: Single Family Subdivision Project comprising 150 housing lots, where work encompassed land clearing, infrastructure for services, roadways, and house platforms.• TANKS 5 y 6 CIUDAD MITRAS: Potable water storage tanks and pumping system for future residential developments, with a storage capacity of 0.45 MG. The system includes pumping equipment and water pipes spanning 0.65 miles between tanks.• VEHICULAR BRIDGE PESQUERIA: This is a vehicular bridge spanning 0.31 miles in length, which was part of a public project. The bridge features 2 lanes separated by a concrete barrier, and slope stabilization was also required for the project.JUMEX: Installation of over 1.5 miles of treated water line and 2 miles of potable water line within the Interpuerto Salinas Victoria Industrial Park. The pipes were supplied from the highway, where work was carried out in conjunction with Agua y Drenaje de Monterrey for their connection
