Since January 1991, my journey has been a testament to my unwavering commitment to the insurance industry and my passion for fostering resilient financial services.As Deputy CEO, I have spearheaded strategic initiatives that have propelled our corporation to the forefront of the insurance market in Belize, while nurturing a culture of integrity, innovation, and customer-centricity. My leadership extends beyond operational oversight, and I am deeply involved in mentoring emerging leaders within our organization to ensure a legacy of excellence.Beyond my internal responsibilities, I represent our company at the industry level, actively participating in meetings organized by the Office of the Supervisor of Insurance and Private Pension.
