Identify availability and price of surplus parts in market, and the possible margin of selling surplus parts at fair market value. • Compile list of distributors and footprint currently being used by the aftermarket to help reexamine the business case for using distributors.• Identifying opportunities to improve turn-around time (TAT) by creating more productive work flows, introducing standardization, and conducting Kaizen events.
