Previous Engagements include:- CIO/CISO for MEEZA, a Premier Managed IT Services and Solution provider in the Middle East, guiding the growth of our Data Centre offerings to include five tier III "MEEZA-VAULT" centres, offering Hyperscaler and Private Cloud Services, a 24x7x365 Command and Control Centre, dedicated system integration and fully managed IT services. Diversified client base spans from private sectors (including Oil, Gas, Healthcare, Financial and Telco) to public sectors (Government and Education). I'm especially proud of MEEZAs expanding cybersecurity services, which contributed significantly to the success and safety of the recent Fifa World Cup event in Qatar by utilising innovative Cyber AI/ML protect, monitor and respond tools and techniques. MEEZA was recently successfully listed on the Qatar Stock Exchange.- General Manager for Celtech Software Group (part of Universe Group), specialising in designing, building and delivering True-Real-Time Software Solutions to International Retail/Wholesale clients. This included: ePOS, eCommerce/Payment interfaces, Cash/Payment, Loyalty, Stock and Sales Management - all the way upstream to HQ Reports and Back Office Management (e.g. Suppliers, Stock, Product & Pricing). The Live View Analytics Tool is a real-time Sales/Promotion, Wastage and Stock Reporting with true AI/ML predictive insights. This formerly privately held company was acquired in 2019 by a well-known UK-based plc Group. I then led the Integration activities between the two organisations.- Global CIO for Fyffes plc (Global Food Producer), building out their IT strategy and associated execution programs to underpin their Business Mission and to prepare for its successful acquisition.- Global CIO for Kingspan Group plc. Established the IT, including ERP (SAP) & BI, Strategy for this growing +$2B Business.

Responsible for the transformation of EMEA region IT services, portfolios and programs. Transformed EMEA IT from country silos, into an efficient Regional IT Shared Service Organisation. Member of the Global Enterprise Architecture Governance Team and other various Global programs and initiatives (including one of the earliest Corp. Microsoft Cloud migration for 60,000 global employees). Co-chaired Business Process Improvement Council (involving 6-sigma and LEAN program, delivering +$15M annualised avoidance/savings). Key initiatives included: Global outsourcing of Data Centres, Service Desk and Application Development/Support, Regional Contact Centres, Global/Regional ERP roll-out and instance reduction program and Business partnering to launch new lines of Business (e.g. Regional Renal Therapy Centres, Compounding units for major Hospitals, Homecare Programs and Peer-to-peer surgery services). Successfully conducted Regional IT Audit, Security/Risk and Compliance responsibilities, whilst leading the Regional IT Group, managing >€50M IT budget, >200 IT resources and key service partners (including Microsoft, IBM, Unisys, Wipro, Cognizant & CapGemini).

At Eircom/Eircell, I was a key member of the executive team that effectively managed and transitioned Ireland's leading Telco Cellular Business (Eircell) over to the Vodafone Group. My role was instrumental in partnering with Business Directors to conceptualise, deliver, and support top-tier Customer Care, Billing Systems and Services. Serving over 3 million corporate, SME, and consumer subscribers, we were committed to delivering world-leading systems and services, setting the standard in telecommunication customer experience.

As the main contributor to Motorola's Cellular Manufacturing and Telco Reseller operations, I spearheaded the development and implementation of the company's Custom Java/Web-based Manufacturing, Customer Care, and Billing Platforms that ultimately became the global standards. Serving both B2C and B2B cellular resellers, the Telco Customer Care and Billing system supported over 2 million global subscribers. Additionally, I was a member of the Executive Team that effectively facilitated the sale of Motorola's Telco Business Unit to a US-based Telco buyer and led the assimilation team.
