Led Product team responsible for eCommerce solution that powered 200+ Run Specialty Retailers and $10M+ in annual sales.Greatest achievement: Getting on calls with Retailers and learning that the Product I built played a part in helping them avoid permanently closing their business during COVID-19 restrictions.

• Built a suite of iOS and Android health and fitness apps with over 500,000 downloads and 10,000 daily active users• Managed cross-functional development teams both in the United States and overseas to develop websites and mobile apps for Android and iOS• Implemented go-to-market strategy that resulted in 5 apps that ranked within the top 100 health and fitness apps for downloads and revenue

• Product owner on analytics software project at one of the top 3 entertainment companies in the world. Responsibilities included gathering requirements from stakeholders, working with developers using Agile methodology in Rally, creating user guides, on-boarding users and providing on-going project support.• Business analyst on multi-million dollar project at one of the top 3 film companies in the world to improve the company's sales and licensing capabilities. Provided analysis of legacy systems and their capabilities, performing an RFP to assess SaaS solutions for future business processes, and data transformation analysis between legacy systems and new SaaS solution.• Assisted one of the largest cable providers in the United States as a business analyst to perform an end-to-end customer experience assessment for a new software product launch. Responsibilities included gathering requirements from key business owners, performing end-to-end testing, identifying issues/defects with production software, and documenting defects by priority into JIRA for the QA team to triage and creating presentations to communicate defects to business owners. Resulted in identifying and collaborating with the QA team to resolve over 60 issues missed in the client’s UAT process ranging from UI/UX issues to backend bugs.• Gathered and interpreted business requirements for a state-operated Lottery mobile app. Responsibilities included resource management involving understanding each requirement and delegating tasks to either strategy or technical teams based on contents of requirement.
