As an elementary school paraprofessional serving both 1st and 4th grade, I-assisted the classroom teacher in educational instruction and supervision of the students-led small group and whole group instruction for academic intervention -worked with students on IEPs, 504s, in need of behavioral/emotional support-provided whole day instructional classroom coverage for teachers due to absence, trainings, etc.
