• Daily monitoring, record keeping and reporting on plant utility equipments.• Responsible for operation, and performing preventive and corrective maintenance of Ammonia compressors (Kirloskar and Grasso), HP Air Compressors (AF Compressors), (LP Air Compressors (Atlas Copco), Evapco Cooling Towers, Co2 tank vessels, Steam Boiler (Thermal boiler), Heat Exchangers(Carbo Coolers), Pumps, Storage Tanks, Belt Conveyors, Roller Conveyors, Chain Conveyors, WTP and ETP processing equipments.• Repair and maintenance of Gearbox and pumps• Responsible for the maintenance of all plant HVAC systems including office AC's, AHU and chillers.• Responsible for the plants facilities maintenance (Plumbing works, Piping and Joinery, including all buildings and infrastructure).• Operational knowhow on filler and blower machines for PET machines; (Sacmi and Sidel Machinery).• Promote the highest level of safety, environmental, and quality compliance in line with regulatory standards, SBC best practices and excellent ways of working.

Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria

• Conduct complex repairs on engines including timing chain, camshafts, crankshaft, valves, and other internal components, ensuring that the vehicle operates at optimal condition.• Excellent usage of OBD- II diagnostic tools and software to analyze and interpret faults codes.• Repair and maintain suspension systems, including struts, shocks, power steering pump, racks, control arms, and bushings to ensure precise handling and safe ride.• Inspect, diagnose and repair braking systems including ABS, Brake pads, rotors, calipers ensuring optimal stopping power.• Service and repair of exhaust systems, including catalytic converters, mufflers and oxygen sensors.• Perform regular maintenance including oil changes, fluids checks and filter replacement to keep the vehicle running smoothly.• Communicate effectively with clients to explain diagnostic results, recommended repairs and maintenance needs.• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and building long term relationships.• Adhere to all safety protocols, and industry best practices to maintain a safe working environment.
