CurrentAlign Us, Inc. helps organizations track and evolve their strategy and related documents in a hosted environment (http://align.us). It’s document, project and task management on top of a private social feed for the organization - where all projects align to strategic objectives and provide management with key insights into the business, with little to no additional “reporting overhead”. I have...- Negotiated and secured a two year lease of office space for up to 10- Designed and oversaw office construction to accommodate space for up to 10- Recruited and hired the top four Computer Science graduates from NIU's Spring Job Fair- Oversaw the branding and corporate imaging of Align Us, Inc.- Developed and lead a one month training course designed to get new CompSci grads up to speed on the MEAN development stack- Implemented Scrum and Agile with full tooling, QA and UI lead workflows for a team of six- Designed a promotional app, "This Meeting Sucks!" (http://thismeeting.sucks) to generate leads for our full application (www.align.us)- Oversaw development and the successful on time release of This Meeting Sucks!- Oversaw the grassroots marketing of This Meeting Sucks! on a shoestring budget- Managed a team of five receiving outstanding reviews during 1:1 feedback sessions
