Key responsibilities include: - Maintaining production: ensuring the vast majority of SFR3s portfolio is rent ready by building an effective team of hundreds of Project Managers, Scopers, Inspectors, and ACEs. - Maintaining homes: servicing ~1K work orders per week via a combination of ~100 Property Engineers, 10 Dispatchers, and a trusted network of vendors. - Meeting P+L goals: achieving all of the above within cost targets that ensure sufficient investor return. - Partnering with technology: defining key needs to ensure operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key efforts included the rollout of Google Shopping Search Ads in 10+ countries, the Google Shopping tab in 15+ markets, and the release of multi-lingual UI and ranking. Given Google Shopping's user experience is defined by its inventory, this role requires deep collaboration with Sales teams and frequent interactions with some of Google's largest clients.
