With over 33 years of experience in the steel - automotive & tinplate packaging industry. Worked as CEO of IFB Steel Division, a business unit of IFB Industries Ltd., I was responsible for the P&L of the special steel business, developing and executing the business strategy, designing and implementing impactful systems and processes, leading and creating a transparent work environment, and working as a strategic advisor to the Board. Was with TATA STEEL (Tinplate Division) for about 30 years in both Technical & Marketing functions.I have a strong technical background with a B.E. in Metallurgical Engineering and an MBA from IISWBM , one of the premier business schools in India. I also have a Senior Leadership Program certificate from IIM Ahmedabad and I am a certified senior assessor of EFQM-CII EXIM Business Model and a TBEM Assessor of TATA Group. My core competencies include sales and marketing, international business, strategic planning, market research and analysis, customer relationship management, quality assurance, and operations.
