Responsible for driving business for a growing business. Oversee service, training, inventory, payroll and sales for multi-million dollar stores. Other responsibilities include planning, implementing and launching new company initiatives, hiring, training, coaching, customer relations and employee relations.

Responsible for assisting the General Manager in achieving the corporate goals for the stores in the Minneapolis area. Was seen as a go to manager for when a store needed a strong leadership presence. Helped to coach Specialists and Managers, drove profitability and maintained shrink and payroll goals to company standards.

Worked with the Store Manager to assure standards were in place. Responsibilities included merchandising, coaching, sales leading, hiring and scheduling. Able to exceed sales goals in a very high turnover environment.

Responsible for taking over two stores within the Minneapolis market that needed strong leadership. Responsible for turning around the culture of the stores and realigning the stores with Company standards. Other responsibilities included merchandising, planning, scheduling and coaching the staff to very high customer service levels.

Acted in the following capacities; Unit Manager, Production Manager, Script Supervisor and Stage Manager. Credits include The Grammy Awards, The Emmy Awards, The Soul Train Music Awards and the Jerry Lewis Muscular Dystrophy Telethon.

Acted as a liaison between the Walt Disney Work Parks and Operations team and the production company to help set up shoots and events on Walt Disney World Property. Responsibilities included creating production budgets, hiring, coordinating locations and bringing the shows in to budget.

Responsibilities included running the floor, monitoring hourly readings, stocking and maintaining inventory levels and monitoring both internal and external loss prevention in a very high traffic environment.
