We can turn anyone into the leader of an impactful workshop for their team or community.We work with managers to find the top performers and rising stars whose mindsets and implicit expertise can help their team improve performance. Then, we interview them to develop an interactive, practical skills-based workshop they deliver to their team. Workshop leaders feel more recognized and valued. Teams benefit from exposure to their colleagues' strengths. Managers help their teams align and focus on what's important. We've led hundreds of these sessions across the US and Asia and love working with leaders who believe their people are their best assets, and want to help them grow.

Curator, Beijing II Hub 2018-2019Vice Curator, Beijing II Hub 2017-2018Global Shapers Community is an initiative of the World Economic Forum that helps young people develop their leadership capacity through local social impact projects. Shapers have access to the Forum's research and networks including 400+ Hubs in most of the world's major cities. Beijing II Hub enjoys a unique position as the international Hub in China's capital. Our 40-person Hub included members from over 15 countries. Each new Shaper joins with their own social impact pilot project, some of which continue as Hub initiatives or standalone nonprofits or businesses years later. Our Hub members have led projects around technology ethics, environmental sustainability, emotional wellness, international development, and the future of leadership. We hosted mini-conferences to engage youth perspectives on the WEF agenda and highlight local impact organizations. As the Hub Curator in 2019, I had the opportunity to attend the Annual Curators Meeting in Geneva and the Annual Meeting of the New Champions in Dalian, China. I currently serve on the Alumni Council for the Global Shapers Community where we develop new initiatives to support Shaper alumni to continue growing their impact as civic and community leaders.

Recruitment advisory and management consulting in fast-growing markets across Asia, mainly Beijing, Shanghai and Hong Kong. Highlights included projects with NBA China, Haworth, AmCham China, CET, and Danwei, as well as fast-growing specialized SMEs and technical companies. We also supported the President of AmCham China on a special project to pilot the Tech and Innovation Initiative and set up the Digital Circle, a first of its kind program bridging American MNCs with China's dynamic technology landscape.

Moishe House Beijing 2012-14 was a unique community hub with dedicated volunteer leadership. Our flagship program was a multi-year Speaker Series where we hosted the Deputy Chief of Mission of the US Embassy, Chairman of the American Chamber of Commerce in China, and many more leading expat top executives and cultural figures for intergenerational perspective sharing. We became the top fundraising house globally in 2015 and helped establish partnerships for Moishe House internationally with individual and institutional supporters. My colleagues and I participated in international AJF and JFN events to explore the implications of Asia's economic and technological development on Abrahamic-world issues.

Interned in the Capitol office of Rep. Eric Cantor and in the White House Office of Presidential Appointments and Scheduling. Worked at Reed Smith as a legal assistant for one year.
