ZAO MetaDynea is a 50-50 joint venture between Dynea Chemicals Oy of Finland and JSC Metafrax of Russia with a dominant position in the rapidly expanding Russian adhesives resins market. The company manufactures and markets adhesion solutions. MetaDynea caters to mechanical woodworking and construction industries. The company was founded in 2004 and is based in Moscow, Russian Federation, with manufacturing sites located in Orekhovo-Zuevo (Moscow Region) and Gubakha (Perm Region)

Directed all production operations and supply chain initiatives in a new high tech facility. Supply chain responsibilities included manufacturing of unique components for tobacco processing ,logistics, distribution, and procurement of raw materials, parts, equipment and services. Led a multi-disciplined staff of 150 employees through 6 direct reports with a $50 million operating/capital budget. Direct reports include HR, Engineering, Security, Manufacturing Services, EHS and Quality managers• Prepared business plan for a $MM 55 factory expansion investment project• ISO 9001, SO 14001/ OHSAS 18000 implementation and certification by international auditors• Inventory turnover improvement (10% for spareparts, 5% on raw material)• Efficiency improvement of 6%• Material yield improvement of 1,5%• Headcount optimization , 14% staff decrease
