Preform General Ledger functions, including monthly accruals, asset depreciation, month-end processing, and financial statement preparation to be presented to Director of Finance and Board of Directors. Maintain all fixed assets for multi-facility company, related reports, and journal entries. Create and maintain monthly and yearly income projections. Assist in annual budgeting.Oversee and perform as backup for A/P functions, A/R functions.Assist and backup for payroll. Assist in job costing and inventory management and valuation. Preform corporate online banking functions as well as daily cash management and reports. Create special reports for Director of Finance and Board of Directors.
