Geared towards early outbreak detection through innovative strategies following core principles of epidemiology .Conducted health education and promotion through field IEC activities for community mobilisation and sensitisation.Implemented,managed and monitored usage of health informatics tools and evident based case management practices by health staff as guided by health authorities. Interested in data analysis and delivering concrete findings directed towards targeted action plan.

Worked in implementation phase of ongoing e-health project, an initiative by state government to introduce EHR/EMR management software in all public health settings of the state. Worked towards collection of baseline data for hospital processes,Training Need Assessment/client need assessment,change management processes,group trainings as well as hands on training for end users, build training modules with pre and post assessment report. Actively worked as a part of technical team while proceeding live with the Software.Building strong liasion with clinical team to prioritise change request followed by effective communication with technical team. Later testing of new release ,validating it and proceeding it on live software.
