Nulixir is a nanotechnology startup that manufactures and licenses proprietary taste and functionality enhancing technology to food, beverage, and nutraceutical industry clients, enabling new possibilities for release profiles and applications of functional ingredients.I supported the CEO and executive team in managing a dynamic cross-functional team, primarily overseeing business development by pursuing leads and managing a portfolio of new and existing CPG clients-communicating their needs to internal project teams. I directed media strategy across various channels with effective call-to-action plans; led the development of brand-consistent marketing deliverables, including social media content, articles, website copy, and radio scripts; prepared effective presentations, pitch decks, and sales brochures to present to investors, advisors, and clients. I also facilitated recruitment activities and training processes for new hires.
