Responsibilities include:+ Responsible for owning projects from concept through to completion while leading the work of others+ Conceptualize and design looks for product and packaging development+ Manage, assign & track all Art Requests for product and packaging development+ Participate in brainstorming sessions of new product ideas+ Adhere to production schedules to manage time and prioritize daily workload. Ensuring all designer’s work is completed by deadline provided+ Train new Product/Packaging Designers+ Review and approve all product and packaging artwork mechanicals+ Independently identify issues and resolutions quickly and thoroughly+ Work closely with the VP of Design and Visual Display and the Product Development Team+ Work with VP of Creative Services to develop/refine procedures and processes to create further efficiencies in the department+ Take on various other projects as needed to support the VP of Creative Services as well as the entire Creative Services Department
