In these roles, I lead our teams and mission to support the acceleration of cloud-enabled, digital solutions for the omni-channel customer service and contact center of the future. Deloitte’s Customer Service and Digital Contact Center business is a global leader in helping clients define, optimize, and transform customer-facing / -servicing capabilities across industries and around the world. Our practice has led the way in the "future of service" to help orchestrate disruptive capabilities (e.g., AI, digital reality, IoT), advanced engagement principles (e.g., predictive, proactive, connected), and business-driven strategies to deliver tangible value for our clients, their employees, customers, and partners. Now, we complement our world class advisory and implementation capabilities with next-generation, Deloitte-built and -curated accelerators, and managed services/solutions. Professionally, I have 28+ years of experience delivering value for clients through customer service and digital contact center transformation with a track record of results.
