Oversee new HRIS system implementation (Workday), upgrades to US and UK payroll systems, implemented new Brazil payroll system. Systems experience: ADP, SAP, Workday, Payworks and RM Labore

Lead and support the Americas HR operational team for global payroll, strategic and operational benefit plans, HR compliance for handbook, internal policy, SOX controls, external audits, workers compensation audits, HRIS masterdata and technology, compensation/reward strategy.

Oversee US benefits, payroll and travel teams.

- Super user for expat technology tool including support/training for all users- Comp&Ben support for assignees globally- Provide US expat tax and immigration support, as well as manage global vendors such as relocation- Implemented major policy changes for over 1,000 assignees worldwide in 2015, responsible for ensuring implementation was successful and on time- Conduct assignment briefings, explanation of Net Pay Calculations, and ensure smooth repatriation of assignees - Responsible for monthly and quarterly reporting on international population- Participate in several bench marking studies and global conferences including OHRDG, FEM, and SHRM- Liaise with payroll to ensure expat pay reported correctly and timely, including shadow payroll and compensation collection- Liaise with corporate tax and facilities on new country entry- Ensure finance/controls setup for cost charging- Coordinate with HR business partners - Responsible for assignment cost projections for assignees- Certified in Emergency Response (HR) - Advice business on cost management & compliance risk mitigation - Experience with localizations, international hires, intercompany transfers
