- Responsibilities entrusted for design, planning & engineering of 400/220Kv Substations including preparation of specifications, evaluation of tender document, preparation of recommendations related to the procurement of 220/400KV equipment / erection & commissioning of 400KV switchyards. - Operation, Maintenance of EHV installations including transmission network.- Commercial billing, analysis, tariff formulations with latest conceptualization of ABT and open access.- Responsible for control, monitoring and development of Transmission network of State in the capacity of Divisional Head. - Headed project engineering group for the design, planning and engineering of various types of projects of EHV Substations & Power Stations up to 400 KV including Gas Insulated Substation, transmission network for its electrical design, structural design, civil engineering design and execution. Technical evaluation, discussions of the electrical projects for tendering/execution business.- 6 months experience for the operation, maintenance, planning including up gradation of EHV Transmission System of Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation for maintaining of supply of 2 Districts. This transmission installation comprises of operation maintenance of 3 220 KV Substations, 11 132 KV Substations and all associated interconnected Lines and co-ordination with the State/Northern Grid system. Responsible for the development of transmission system within the Districts.- Develop commercial billing, study and analysis of commercial exchanges of various utilities viz. NTPC/NHPC/Nuclear Power Corporation/ State Generating Hydro & Thermal Projects/Co-generating Plants with U.P. State Electricity Board and developed ABT (Availability Based Tariff) billing operation between NTPC & U.P.S.E.B. Study on implementation of open access exchanges concept.- Represented NREB/SERC forum on technical/commercial issues related to erstwhile U.P.Power Corpn. Ltd.

Maintenance of 400 KV Lines. Initial problems in the construction of the line got attended within time which included replacement of Glass insulators, repair of Earth wire, replacement & repairs of tower parts, its revetments etc. & various shortcomings of constructed project, got attended problems of associated bays at UPSEB to achieve stability of Grid System. Co-ordinated maintenance activities of lines and bays.Responsibility to co-ordinate with UPSEB for release of payment of energy bills.

Worked on intrinsically safe Electrical System being adopted in the hazardous atmosphere and about Coal Washeries etc.
