Business Relationship Manager, Enterprise Project Office
Current• Product Owner Support for Core System Replacement project in partnership with Duck Creek Technologies to replace our Distribution and Compensation Management System and Member & Agent/Broker Portals• Support Product Owner in product delivery and assist in requirements process, defining business process workflows and acceptance criteria description• Provide business case analysis to support business decisions that influence requirements• Establish communication processes and channels across business functions• Ensure business value realization and optimization • Collaborate with IT product manager & scrum master on progress and ensure consistent effective communication, including managing escalation and avoiding risk• Work closely with the vendor and development teams to ensure requirements are communicated effectively and ensure product delivery• Prioritize product backlogs and roadmap (consists of production issues, systems bugs and enhancements) with Product Owner and business teams• Assists Product Owner in UAT phase; test case conditions and coordinating test execution• Plan and manage organization change management (including coordinating internal/external training and communications)• Responsible for reporting status of the POD to the Product Owner team and Program leadership• Business Relationship Manager for the Business Development, Marketing, and Patient Safety Departments providing technology guidance to ensure maximum return on investment for IT business strategy requirements• Liaison between IT and Business Units leading strategy articulation, project rationalization, business case development, project/program planning, and risk management
