Following up any outstanding open test risks / issues.6. Managing the gathering of results.7. Compiling test metrics for management.8. Reporting to senior managers on progress and issues.9. Identify test approaches that optimise the delivery schedule10. Planning and estimating.11. Arranging team meetings and workshops.

My Role:1. Responsible for requirement gathering, elicitation, analysis and documentation of business and preparing Elaboration and Story documents, etc.2. Writing Acceptance criteria.3. Analyzing defects and verifying if it defect or configuration issue or incorrect requirement.4. Rendering functional expertise and required support to the development team along with required support to the testing team in regards to test case preparation and successful execution of the test case.5. Training for new joiners.
