With over 25+ years of experience in IT and Healthcare in organisations like Johnson & Johnson, Birla Software Consultancy, Wockhardt Pharmaceuticals - I identified three problems in the Indian healthcare ecosystem: awareness, accessibility, and affordability. Surprisingly, in India, 75-80% of healthcare is self-funded, and 2.5-3% of the population is unable to afford healthcare.I founded Healthnovo - a hybrid healthcare startup with like-minded people to solve those very pain points. Healthnovo got funded recently and now has a valuation of around 800 Million INR after only 18-20 months of operation.Healthnovo has been recognised as part of India's new-age healthcare solution and we are working on some crucial projects like: • First Mile Clinics (Primary Healthcare centres) spread in multiple cities to provide affordable & quality healthcare • Our First Mile Clinics have a Resident Full-time Doctor, Health-kiosk which can carry out • Up to 140 diagnostic tests up to 97% accuracy and Generic Pharmacy. All services are under one roof.
