Key Result Areas, including but not limited to:-* Responsible for the formulation, implementation and ongoing monitoring of Zurich’s strategy for retail broker channel in Middle East region comprising of UAE, Oman, Kuwait, Lebanon and Bahrain.* Promoting standard practices and consistent approaches to achieve higher levels of service, greater efficiency, and sustainable business impact across regions (The Zurich Way).* Improving Customer Experience and Customer Journey. Building in a responsive and delivery focused culture with a commitment to ease and efficient Sale and Distribution of policies. Pivotal role in developing new & innovative bespoke proposition for the wider region.* Responsible for creating cross sales opportunities, retention process and customer feedback. * Working with wider business on marketing mix and understanding actual price and technical price relevance. Part of Zurich leadership team in charge of market Intelligence, target market and formulating go to market strategies.* Ensuring appropriate digital and IT strategies present to enable acting on market opportunities* Putting in place relevant metrics to drive and monitor business and building a performance based and accountable culture.* Development of Sales & Distribution governance framework to ensure region aligned and reflected Zurich Group Standards and Risk Profile whilst maintaining local market dynamics. * Development, launch and leadership of service and quality propositions such as broker segmentation, war room, key account management measures resulting in increased levels of customer & intermediary satisfaction.* Actively involved in building and strengthening relationship with top tier clients, leading intermediaries, agents and partners, with the aim of positioning the Zurich brand and boosting productivity. * Motivating, mentoring and leading talented professionals. Providing leadership to eight senior managers and indirect oversight of 122 employees.

Key Result Areas, including but not limited to:-* Key responsibility in development and implementation of Broker Relationship particularly with respect to growth in sales and distribution capacity, in order to support delivery of overall business performance targets, KPIs, business mix and COR.* Creating a challenging business performance environment supported through effective coordination with the Underwriting & Technical teams, Claims & Operations teams, Finance & HR teams to achieve the desired business objectives. * Develop, promote and monitor the implementation of sales policies and practices that reflect the Group standards and local market dynamics.* Closely monitoring the local market in order to continuously assess the new business potential, emerging opportunities, changing trends and strategising for future new business planning.* Responsible for coordination with operations so as to ensure that the required standards of service and quality are met and desired levels of intermediary satisfaction achieved.* Contribute to the development of new / innovative products and/or variations of existing products by providing Underwriting & Technical team with information, advice and recommendations that will drive the development of commercially competitive customer propositions that meet the needs of the sales and distribution networks.* Maintain excellent relationships with the partners so as to facilitate the continuing negotiation of commercial arrangements and to encourage effective working.* Support & maintain appropriate business focus areas and ensure that professional capacity and capabilities evolve to meet business needs of the Partner.* Contribute to the active investigation, dissemination and adoption of best practices in aspects relating to utilisation of Partner’s distribution channels .
